Tantangan dan Strategi Pendidikan Multicultural Di Sekolah Taman Kanak-Kanak
Abstract
Sebagian besar negara di dunia saat ini terdiri dari populasi heterogen, yang menyebabkan pentingnya melaksanakan pendidikan multikultural. Sekolah merupakan lingkungan terdekat kedua setelah orang tua atau keluarga untuk membentuk individu dengan nilai-nilai dan sikap moral yang baik. Oleh karenanya pendidikan anak usia dini menjadi titik awal untuk memasukkan pendidikan multikultural terutama di negara-negara yang memilki beragam etnis dan budaya. Artikel ini membahas berbagai tantangan dan strategi pelaksanaan pendidikan multikultural di sekolah taman kanak-kanak. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini yakni studi literatur. Adapun tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk meningkatkan dan menambah pengetahuan pendidik anak usia dini mengenai tantangan dan strategi pendidikan multucultural yang dapat menjadi sumber ataupun patokan dalam melaksanakan pendidikan multicultural terutama di sekolah taman kanak-kanak
